Very good quality, washes well, but not pure silk

Bought three of these polo necks and a round neck, for my daughter in law and myself; they are really good quality, look good, are very comfortable, and not see-through. They wash perfectly.

I'm usually a size 10, but the L fits perfectly. DIL is tiny, size 8, and the S fits her well.

HOWEVER, they are only 35% silk, the other 65% is rayon. Although that's mentioned in the drop-down description, it should also be clear in the heading -

The perfect light layer.

I bought this long sleeved top to wear either on its own or as an extra layer, depending on the weather. The round neck is great, too many ‘winter’ tops have a low scoop neckline which is cold. It is a fine weave with good coverage over most of your bottom, but tucks in smoothly. Love it.
