I’ve used silk pillow cases for several years now as I have RA!! Anything that moves easily in bed (i.e. pillow, nighty, panties) is a huge plus and help for my damaged joints!! This pillow is very comfortable and it stays cool! I don't know why but I have not had to comb my hair as when I wake up, my hair looks like I slept with a doo rag on it!! I have already ordered another pillow for a good friend and I intend to buy myself another one in the near future.
